Confusingly, there are TWO opt-outs:
The #GP opt-out is 100% effective
The other one covers your #Hospital data & can be done online: nhs.uk/your-nhs-data-… but ONLY if you’re over 13 & it has lots of #loopholes
If you have kids under 13, you need a PDF to email or post back.

You may hear your data will be "anonymised", that they won't take your name.
They don't NEED to, and it isn't #anonymous at all.
Because if it were truly anonymous they couldn't link your #GPdata to your #hospital records - which they say they can and will do...
