Thinking about movies in NYC in the '70s set me off on a search for an article I had read about bombings in NYC. Not the one I was looking for but this one from @atlasobscura reminded me NYC was bombed 370 times in an 18-month stretch bet '69 & '70...

Update: Not sure if I missed it the first time around but Schiller's purchase of a house in Boca for $1.1m in Aug '20 is recorded in PBC records sans address as is a $375k mortgage paid off three month later...1/?
...When Schiller bought a condo in Boca in Oct '18 for $444k, he apparently paid cash & then took out a $269k mortgage in from the same lender in Sept '19. Paid it off one month later. Odd....
...Back story behind Keith Schiller's purchase of a $1.1m house in Boca Raton gets more twisty. As PBC property records show, the house was sold in Sept '19 for $682.5k & then purchased by Schiller in Aug '20 for $1.1m. Here are the details....

...Schiller reinstated the FL registration for his company, KS Global LLC, in Oct '20. He's also the registered agent for the Monte Realty Group LLC which apparently is Trump related but I don't remember hearing about it....
