"All Americans have the constitutional right to peaceably assemble, but when protests turn into riots, all violence should be condemned and lawbreakers should be prosecuted," Sen. Johnson told the @DailyCaller.

"However, justice must be administered equally, and I’m concerned we see evidence that it is not. We need answers from the DOJ to ensure its mission – fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans – is faithfully executed," Sen. Johnson continued.

From a Hill source: Hearing that Kevin McCarthy is being pressured, and giving into, Cheney’s efforts to take time away from people like Gaetz, Scott Perry, and Boebert, and trying to give it to more moderates/establishment types on the floor today.

Another source tells me Kinzinger is the one who tweeted pushing back on it this AM.
