So because I'm the King of Black Fat Gay Jewish Vulnerable,
I am hoping one day I can really write about the intersection of these things in a way that won't make me feel like I'm saying too much. Which is hilarious when I'm surrounded by a narrative that only pretty WASPs play.

Being with other Jewish men was a challenge in the sense that I could usually only play one unfortunate role....exotic Black bear daddy who could likely give mamele a coronary...but after beast...pillow talk revealed tada...Im Jewish too
And they would run like gehenna.

The other version was like this....ok so we're both Jews but I really don't want to deal with that....

And to those of you who are kinda wondering where I'm going with this....there is a very powerful link between Jewish life and the sexual, erotic, romantic and intimate. Judaism(s) have created a very distinct path for those who want a partner who shares those sensibilities.

Like Shabbat night and afternoon are particularly spoken of in terms of partner intimacy....and even kink, bdsm and poly paths can have uniquely Jewish and Jewish inspired erotic elements. So yes there's a thing there.

But I get weird moments like this: in 2019 we went on a bear cruise during World Pride. We saw a guy wearing a bear colors star of David shirt. I said I liked it and asked where I could get it...he goes "Well its a Jewish thing so...."

And my fiance now husband knows this means I'm feeling a bit defeated....in more ways than one....hint hint... but I'm sincerely pissed thar he doesn't know he's talking to a fellow gay bear who is a Jew.

And I didn't let him off the hook. But he hid behind some snide comment about "well youre like the only third one I've ever met..."

"THIRD ONE,"

And all pun intended, me and my dude look at each other like "this cruise is going nowhere."

I'm like....he thinks he owns this and yet he leaks where he got the shirt, it felt like a passive aggressive apology.

But oddly enough America, the philosemites think I'm heys vi drek.
