Tom Cotton Explains Why Warmongers Love The Wuhan Lab Leak Theory
"Not everyone who supports an investigation into the lab leak theory is a warmonger, but warmongers will definitely be happy if they get that investigation." caitlinjohnstone.substack.com/p/tom-cotton-e…
At a recent appearance on Sunday Night in America, Senator Tom Cotton took a break from masturbating to drone bombing footage to explain why he and his fellow psychopathic warmongers love the hypothesis that Covid-19 originated in a Chinese laboratory.
Cotton has been pushing for a "full, impartial investigation into COVID-19 origins, with a special focus on the Wuhan labs," and he knows full well that there is no mechanism in existence which could carry out such an impartial investigation.
There is no reason to believe any investigation into the Wuhan lab would not be heavily biased toward a pro-US narrative and used to manufacture international agendas to smash China, and there is every reason to believe it would be.
Have you ever wondered why the people indicted and detained by the International Criminal Court are always from weaker nations—overwhelmingly African—while far more deadly war criminals like George W Bush and Tony Blair walk free?
If US allies ever contemplate charging America's military with war crimes, they are threatened that they'll wind up on the wrong side of US military protection. archive.is/3tTSE
If ICC officials ever dare to cast their gaze upon the US government's behavior, Washington just laughs and sanctions them. bbc.com/news/world-us-…
When the US was seeking UN authorization for the Gulf War in 1991, Yemen dared to vote against it, after which a member of the US delegation told Yemen's ambassador, "That's the most expensive vote you ever cast." wrmea.org/010-march/unit…
Or take the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which began in 1997 as an independent international body working toward the elimination of chemical weapons from the world with great success. motherjones.com/politics/2002/…
Now the OPCW is a lackey of the US war machine whose leaders actively manipulate chemical weapons investigations to produce results which align with US imperialist interests.
Hell, look at the first international investigation into the origins of Covid, whose findings stayed far away from anything which would turn up the US scientific establishment's involvement in the controversial experiments at that very Wuhan lab. jonathan-cook.net/blog/2021-06-0…
There's no reason to believe an inquiry focused on the Wuhan lab wouldn't be rigged to hurt China while leaving the US empire looking clean as a whistle, whether the virus did in fact originate there or not.
When I point this out people act like it means I have some sort of aversion to the truth. "So you just don't want to know where the virus started?" they ask incredulously.
When I ask people how there could possibly be a fair and impartial investigation into the Wuhan lab, they can never answer me.
This is because we all know there is no possible scenario under which China or anyone else could trust that the US would not engage in the same kind of manipulations it always does.
I don't know where Covid-19 came from; there are many different theories, some of which cast doubt that the virus originated in China at all. I just know that viruses happen, that there's no reason for this to drive us apart, and that the US war machine is always untrustworthy.
Tom Cotton is such a disgusting warmonger that a Washington Post columnist once warned that he would be "most likely to start World War III" if he became president. arktimes.com/arkansas-blog/…
He's been openly saying for over a year that he plans on making China "pay" for Covid, and now he is seizing on the increasing acceptance of the theory that the virus may have escaped from a Wuhan laboratory to manufacture a demand for more cold war escalations against Beijing.
Tom Cotton's insatiable appetite for war throughout his entire adult life makes it abundantly obvious that he is the fourth kind.
Tom Cotton Explains Why Warmongers Love The Wuhan Lab Leak Theory (Audio):
I'll ask you the same question I've been asking everybody: investigated by whom? By what organizing body? How could you possibly assure all parties involved that it wouldn't be manipulated by the US, as the US literally always does with such things?
You say that like the US doesn't have narrative control locked down on the world stage. It clearly does. If it didn't the OPCW scandal would've made international headlines and caused a major upheaval.
Learn enough about what's happening in the world and you realize that most people in your society have worldviews that are completely and utterly wrong. This can seem bold, perhaps even arrogant, but if most people weren't deluded about the world, the world wouldn't be so fucked.
And it's not that people are dumb; intelligence has little to do with it. Some of the most intelligent people on earth promote the same deluded worldviews as everyone else. The problem isn't intellect, it's manipulation, and anyone can be manipulated no matter how smart they are.
This mass-scale manipulation is the result of wealthy people buying up narrative influence in the form of media, political influence, think tanks, lobbying, etc, in conjunction with the mass-scale manipulations of the powerful government agencies which are allied with them.
"I oppose cold war escalations, but if China's responsible for Covid we need to get the truth."
And who do you imagine will be "getting" this "truth"? In what possible scenario could such an inquiry lead to objective truth unmanipulated by the western cold warriors pushing this?
I'd really like specific answers to this question. How SPECIFICALLY do people imagine an inquiry into the lab leak theory taking place in a way that can lead to unmanipulated facts, or indeed anything other than more cold war escalations by US and its allied power structures?
I mean surely nobody is naive enough to believe that literal psychopaths like Cotton are interested in truth? Surely we all understand that the only people with real power who are pushing for a China investigation are trying to engineer aggressions, right?
Media Converges On The Narrative That UFOs May Be Russian/Chinese Threat
"Whenever you see the imperial media converge to this extent upon a single narrative, that's the Official Narrative of the empire. We can expect to see more of this going forward." caitlinjohnstone.substack.com/p/media-conver…
So in case you missed it, it's been pretty thoroughly confirmed that the UFO report won't contain any revelations or any confirmation of ET origin, but it will absolutely 100% contain fearmongering that UFOs could mean the US is falling behind Russia and China in the arms race.
This narrative was then picked up by cable news, with MSNBC inviting former CIA director and defense secretary Leon Panetta on to explain to their audience that the US government should assume UFOs are Russian or Chinese in origin until that possibility has been exhausted.
The entire mass media is converging on the narrative that UFOs are evidence that the US may have fallen dangerously far behind Russia and China in military technology.
MSNBC has former CIA Director Leon Panetta on to explain to its audience that we should assume UFOs are Russian or Chinese aircraft until proven otherwise.
The only new MSM segment I've seen today which didn't promote this narrative was a new interview with Lue Elizondo, who seems to be going out of his way to say that it's NOT Russia or China on Tucker Carlson (who has been shrilly yelling that it could be).
This is my first time engaging UFO Twitter, and it's been interesting. A lot of well-intentioned people believe this latest UFO narrative may yield more than new cold war escalations, and I think that's mistaken. The US war machine isn't going to suddenly embrace transparency.
There's a common belief in the UFO community that this "disclosure" stuff is the result of popular demand combined with a few rogue white hats inside the national security state, which on paper closely resembles the QAnon narrative. It just doesn't work that way, folks.
In order for public pressure to work, it needs to have some kind of leverage. The public has no leverage or influence over the US war machine to get it to disclose its UFO information. It follows then that this isn't coming out due to popular demand, but for some other reason.
MSM Wastes No Time Using Senate UFO Report To Promote Arms Race
"The New York Times has published an article on the contents of the hotly anticipated US government report on UFOs, as per usual based on statements of anonymous officials" caitlinjohnstone.substack.com/p/msm-wastes-n…

Oh well if the US government has ruled out secret US government weaponry programs, hot damn that's good enough for me. Great journalism you guys.
