The biggest part of the cleanup of the rogue Scorpians is now completed. There are still some mop up things, but we are well past check mate. Now the biggest threat is done I can finally explain more

1st, remember that no Earth leaders know anything about the parent civilization

Up until this year, we only had our Eternal society (aka the Scorpians) and all the fake ETs and demons they made up that we knew about. No one here knew about the parent civilization.

What we also did not know was that the Scorpians were hiding a bunch of off the books kids

When you hear of people getting really scared at what they saw (some reportedly getting scared out of their minds after visiting places like Ant@rct!ca), the rogue Scorpians are why. Most of the adults in the Scorpian leadership had been told it was all virtual experiences.

While most of the stuff the human cabals saw was just for show, it turns out that it was not being run as a complete fake simulation as we were told. There was actually a hive of unregistered Scorpians there that were completely outside of the normal society structure/rules

They were evidently started at some point in the past by the Drama department or other such groups. It was probably some time after the intentional downgrade the the genome the drama department had back m in the day. It still is not something I have the full details on though.

The point is that they were real, not virtual, and they really did a lot of the horrors that you may have head that some evil ETs did secretly underground. It seems that they did evidently think of themselves as above all others. There is a view among the elite

that they deserve to live it up and be a problem for everyone else. Many believe that it helps train the others in society who are below them. It is a twisted belief and wrong, but falls in line with the rogue Scorpians.

They had many places underground to hide.

So the real problem was that neither the cabals nor the ancient ruling families were the ones at the top of the food chain. It actually was the secret group of rogue Scorpians calling the shots. They were hidden from the main body of good Scorpians, and were far too powerful

for any faction on Earth, white, black, or gray hat, to deal with.

As long as the rogue Scorpians were a problem, no real progress could happen.

The plan I was writing about for the past few weeks is something I can now safely give some of the details on now.

They started clearing out Ant@rct!ca of the mess. It was mostly for show there. It had a lot of things that humans would think are really intimidating, but it was not any real center of actual power. That got cleaned out first.

Next thing, they started working their way up.

As they went up, they were very quiet and used a lot ofmcare not to be noticed. Since the parent group is not really from here, they wanted to see first hand all the shenanigans that the rogue Scorpians were doing. As they went North in the underground tunnels,

they cleared out all of the rogue Scorpians. Any humans underground were virtualized. Any rogue Scorpians were dematerialized. When a human is virtualize, they might not even know it. They do appear to be real and physically there to both themselves and others.

One difference is that they are no longer capable of certain behaviors that the computer deems to dangerous for them to actually do. Another thing is that they can be more easily monitored in real time and turned off if it is deemed they should no longer exist.

Any possible good students that got mixed in with the Oneling bots can of course go back home the same as if they died in a normal way.

Since no Earth group knew of them, none were expecting this. Even now, I am not sure that anyone actually knows about it.

Those underground are pretty much all virtualized and easier to control now, or are just gone at this point.

There were different things being done by different groups underground (like n@zi scientists still doing unethical science to traffickers and other stuff.

As the parent group worked its way up the the US border, it was too risky to do things the same way. The computers disabled all nukes on the whole planet along with other secret weapons of mass destruction. Next, they tagged people underground as beat they could.

While computers are very good at sorting things out, manually making sure that every person underground is not a decent person there by the result of odd events is good to do. Once tagged, then the computer disinterested the rest of the Scorpians and virtualized all other humans.

So at this point, underground is mostly all done. There are further steps needed of course. I have details on the steps they are working on now, but I cannot mention things here until after it is too late to do anything about it.

I do not believe that anyone in the cabals follows this here. They should not have the information or help needed to know this is legit. Even with that, best to not give out future plans (not that they could do anything to stop the plans anyways).

What you can expect is that things should slowly start to get more sane. Yes the plague of the willing has to continue, but they want this to get better staying at the willing and not forcing people who are really not willing.

They do have techniques to manage the side effects.

They want to keep health for most people within certain levels. People must learn. They are releasing emergency genetic updates so the moral center of the brain has help. There are fr3quenc!es that are being used to help as well.

It had been planned for a lot of political insability globally by the Scorpians. The parent civilization is thinking it should be a bit more stable with the nature stuff coming.

As for the possible 28% or so of the world population that had been scheduled 5o be wiped out...

that is up to debate now. Yes that solves important problems. The parent civilization thinks of themselves as humanitarians though. There are a few options. Splitting the levels is one viable option at this point. That would mean from our perspective, the East gets hit hard

and from their perspective, we do. If the split world scenario happens, the people in one level think the others got wiped out and vice versa.

All plans are being rethought though. Take any previous plan with a grain of salt. Everything is being looked at again.
