i like how one of the complaints amounts to “the consultants did not come to us personally and get our approval”
my sense is that the neighborhood association likely responsible for these is acting without actually consulting the neighborhood. incidentally, one of the board members helped kill an apartment complex that would have been down the road from his multi-million dollar house.
the lot is a CVS now
the future land use plan is actually separate from the comprehensive plan and any rezonings will likely take years to bear fruit but nonetheless i would like to take the homes of these people specifically, bulldoze them, and erect multi-family housing in their place.
