Detroit school board member fondles self - Substance News

"He's a young man; maybe he didn't know it was offensive to her," Murray said of the 55-year-old Mathis. "It's not something I would do. He's a young man. That's just the way it is."…
The Detroit Public Schools have been laying off teachers and cutting the pay of those who are left. Students have been fleeing in droves, and there's not enough money to educate those who remain.
Nevertheless, the schools, or rather, their emergency manager, have decided to pay
out $650,000 because a former school board member masturbated with a handkerchief last year.
“I made an embarrassingly stupid mistake, believing I was off-camera. I apologize to my wife, family, friends and co-workers,” lube Toobin told Motherboard.
“I believed I was not visible on Zoom. I thought no one on the Zoom call could see me. I thought I had muted
the Zoom video,” he added. The sources said that when the groups returned from their break out rooms, Toobin lowered the camera. The people on the call said they could see Toobin touching his penis. Toobin then left the call. Moments later, he called back in, seemingly unaware
of what his colleagues had been able to see, and the simulation continued.

Two people who were on the call spoke to Motherboard anonymously, and confirmed that they “saw Toobin jerking off.” The call was an “election simulation featuring many of The New Yorker’s biggest stars,”
He then attended Harvard Law School, where he was classmates with Elena Kagan and graduated magna cum laude with a J.D. in 1986.

Her friend Jeffrey Toobin recalls that Kagan "stood out from the start as one with a formidable mind. She's good with people. At the time, the law
school was a politically charged and divided place. She navigated the factions with ease, and won the respect of everyone."Toobin had a longtime off-and-on extramarital affair with attorney Casey Greenfield

Ultimately, Toobin's paternity was confirmed with a
DNA test and a Manhattan Family Court judge ordered Toobin to pay child support.
