(🆚) BREAKING NEWS: Donald Trump Spoke Directly to Stop the Steal Leader Alex Jones on Insurrection Day

This is the closest anyone has put Trump to the January 6 insurrectionists so far. Emerging evidence suggests that we'll get closer still. *RT widely*. sethabramson.substack.com/p/breaking-new…
1/ There's so much more to say about this, but here's the main thing: major media made a big mistake by not watching every single second of film from Alex Jones, Roger Stone and Ali Alexander *after* the insurrection. I've done a deep dive into that archive and it's *incredible*.
2/ Jones, Stone, and Alexander had no idea how much investigators would learn about their activities when they started regularly filming themselves making statements about the insurrection literally the day after it happened. So they made countless "statements against interest."
3/ Essentially, they couldn't properly figure out which facts would be exculpatory or inculpatory—note: that's why one normally hires a criminal defense attorney, as I used to be—so they just started saying everything they could possibly think of about what happened on January 6.
4/ A small percentage of their attempts to exculpate themselves will turn out to be false—but it doesn't actually matter, as they've given the FBI a starting point for interrogation. For instance, Alexander *swears* he has *mid-insurrection* texts *from Team Trump* on his phone.
5/ If the FBI seizes his phone—they already should have—and there are texts, great, they knew to get the phone because of what he said. If the FBI seizes his phone and there are *no* texts, he's screwed, as *per his own statements* it would suggest that he destroyed the evidence.
6/ Just so, Jones now has put himself in conversation with the White House on January 3, Trump himself on January 6 (midday), and was with Alexander as Alexander says "they" (he/Jones) were getting texts from Team Trump. The FBI won't let Jones out of the trap he set for himself.
7/ If the FBI ever finds the gumption to interrogate Trump, they now have *multiple* statements from someone they *know* Trump has spoken to in the past saying that he spoke to Trump January 6. And if Trump lies to the FBI, it's a federal crime. If he clams up, he looks guilty.
8/ As Proof has always indicated, Jones did enough *on January 6* to protect himself from an incitement charge related to that day. Is he protected from incitement for what he said January 5? I don't know. The big concern for him is actually a conspiracy charge for acts pre-1/6.
9/ Trump is in a different spot. Per Jones, he told Trump *before Trump's Ellipse speech* that the crowd was *20 times larger* than Trump had anticipated and that it could not be managed—whatsoever—in the way Trump had (allegedly) planned. Trump then went out and gave his speech.
10/ In consequence, Jones's claims go to Trump's state of mind on January 6. If the man he *handpicked* to lead the march told him (in paraphrase) "it's far too big—this crowd can't be controlled"...and Trump went out and gave the speech he gave, it's evidence of criminal intent.
11/ Beyond this, if Trump was willing to speak to Jones on 1/6, it makes it more likely that the person Jones spoke to "from the White House" on 1/3 was Trump. And if Trump was speaking to Jones in early January, the chance he also spoke to Stone—who he's far closer with—is high.
12/ We *know* Stone went to Mar-a-Lago at the end of December to speak to Trump, which is what led to the now-infamous Jones-Stone interview from 1/1 in which Stone said that only a "major [government] action" could have compelled Trump to leave his New Year's Eve party early.
13/ We know, too—I can't tell you how many times I encountered this in writing the Proof trilogy—that Trump regularly speaks by cell to people he shouldn't, even people he's specifically been told not to speak to, and tries to *hide* the fact that he spoke to them from his aides.
14/ I know of no Trump biographer who doesn't think that Trump was speaking regularly to Jones and Stone in the 120 hours before the insurrection; the only question ever was getting the proof, which we now have. And Alexander may have been involved in these communications also.
15/ PROOF has already established that Alexander spoke to, in the 48 hours surrounding the insurrection:

🔺 two United States senators
🔺 Trump adviser/Don Jr. girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle
🔺 Arizona state rep. Mark Finchem
🔺 Roger Stone, Alex Jones, Mark Coudrey, Owen Shroyer
16/ We learned from AXIOS's coverage of the raucous December 18 meeting at the White House that almost no one there supported what Trump was doing besides Powell, Giuliani, Flynn, Byrne, Lindell, and the Stop the Steal folks. That ups the odds he was in regular contact with them.
17/ The next domino to fall is Trump's Willard Hotel "war room"—as we've now caught Roger Stone lying about what he was doing and who he was with there (this is the subject of PROOF's next report). Why lie about what you were doing in the hotel that hosted Trump's 1/6 ops center?
18/ We learned this week that the FBI is doing little to get to the insurrectionist kingpins. Instead, they're going to scoop up smaller fish and hope one gives them something tasty—even as the kingpins have all the time in the world to destroy evidence and synchronize stories.
19/ PROOF (and thankfully PROOF isn't alone in this) is squarely focused on the kingpins. What's been reported at PROOF over the last 120 days about the movements of these key individuals—about 20 of them—is significant. So I ask you all not to lose hope that there'll be justice.
20/ PROOF will continue to have regular updates and breaking news related to Trump's ongoing insurrection. A subscription is only $5/month—the lowest subscription rate Substack allows. Click below to subscribe, and stay tuned for more big news coming soon. sethabramson.substack.com

(🆚) BREAKING NEWS: New Member of Trump's January 6 Willard Hotel "War Room" Revealed; Discovery Leads to Revelation of a National Security Scandal

The details of this are harrowing, and have not been reported elsewhere. I hope you will share this widely. sethabramson.substack.com/p/breaking-new…
1/ I am at a loss as to how much I can or should say about this story here. The story is bizarre, complicated, and consequential. There is still much we don't know—and urgently need to know—but there is enough here to require an immediate investigation by Congress and the FBI.
2/ The evidence that we presently have is that Trump organized a "communications command center" at the Willard Hotel to act as a "war room" during the insurrection, which war room saw 25 to 30 people inside it as the U.S. Capitol was attacked. We know 5 of those people so far.

(🆚) UPDATE: I've now added a significant update (including new photographs) to the BREAKING NEWS from last night about Donald Trump secretly having contact with an insurrectionist leader—Alex Jones—on January 6. I hope you'll subscribe and RT this widely. sethabramson.substack.com/p/breaking-new…
1/ I want to clarify something here about Alex Jones, as a lot of his followers are coming to this feed to troll because (a) they've never read this feed before and (b) they've never read PROOF, so they don't understand how I am using the *accurate* term "insurrectionist leader".
2/ I first wrote on this feed *5 months ago* that the video evidence we have from January 6 shows Jones urging people *not* to go into the Capitol or commit acts of violence. Because it's Jones, he slips up once or twice and commends them improperly, but he's *not* urging crimes.

(CROWDSOURCING) The picture below was taken at the Willard Hotel in DC on January 6. Seated is Rudy Giuliani; standing next to him—facing away—is John Eastman. Both are Trump lawyers. I need to know who the man in the white shirt is. For now, let's assume it's *not* Owen Shroyer.
(PS) I know some folks have a "hotel staff" theory. Realize that the Willard InterContinental is a four-diamond hotel—one of the most expensive and historic in DC—and if you Google how staff dress, it's *formal*. No way the Willard lets a guy into someone's room dressed this way.
(PS2) I'm still not saying it's Shroyer, but I'll say that a reader has posted a video of Shroyer in which he's using a bandana as a mask. Not *that* many do, so this does narrow things down a bit given that the shirt, pants, and lanyard already match. Still don't think it's him.

I'm working on a story for PROOF and it's vital that we know conclusively who the man in the white shirt is. Does anyone reading this know for certain who this is? Just looking for a name and a photo comparison, not more.
(PS) I have been going off the belief that the man in white above is the same man as the man in the picture below (taken the same day):
(PS2) This is a very serious question. This matters. A *lot*. So I'm hoping to get some serious answers from this crowdsourcing.

(IMPORTANT) If you credulously bought into the recent Inspector General report about the Lafayette Square scandal in the summer of 2020, you need to read this article. The reality is much more nuanced than what you're now hearing. Please share this widely. theweek.com/donald-trump/1…
As most of you reading this know, I published a book with Macmillan in 2020—Proof of Corruption—that had a long chapter on Lafayette Square. From the moment I saw this IG report, I knew something was off.

The key, as ever, is the opacity of the conduct of Trump's Secret Service.
The Secret Service under Trump was politicized to a degree we've never seen before—indeed the head of Trump's detail was seamlessly moved to the head of his political ops in an unprecedented move. The Secret Service launched the Lafayette Square attack...and was never questioned.

MAJOR BREAKING NEWS: nytimes.com/2021/06/10/us/…
1/ "As DOJ investigated who was behind leaks of classified info early in the Trump administration, it took a highly unusual step: Prosecutors subpoenaed Apple for data from the accounts of at least two Dems on the House Intel Committee, aides and family members. One was a minor."
2/ "The records of at least 12 people tied to HPSCI were seized in 2017 and early 2018, including those of Representative Adam Schiff of California, then the panel's top Democrat and now its chairman, according to committee officials and two other people briefed on the inquiry."
