2/ Dianna Greene, the superintendent of Duval County Public Schools, is addressing Mr. Corcoran and the other board members of the Florida Department of Education.

3/ On Thursday, 10 June, the Florida Department of Education unanimously adopted a rule which prevents the teaching of Critical Race Theory in Florida public schools.

4/ Note Richard Corcoran's hand-face configuration. This is known as a "Pistol Steeple".

5/ It's call a Pistol Steeple for two reasons:

A. Its physical resemblance to a hand-gun

B. The Pistol Steeple's meaning indicates that those who display it are mentally-emotionally shooting down the idea, words, proposal, scenario, etc. being presented to them.

6/ Moreover, this Pistol Steeple is being held pressed against his lips. So additionally, Corcoran is shushing Ms. Green. Nonverbally, he's telling her that he's going to shoot down Critical Race Theory in Florida Public Schools. His Body Language is also telling her to shut up.

7/ Anyone displaying a Pistol Steeple believes they are superior (morally, mentally, emotionally, etc.) to their audience and their mind is closed.
