How Yogi Adityanath established rule of law in Uttar Pradesh in last 4 years?

Those who grew up in 90s era will recall the Gundaraj which prevailed then:

-Criminals ran the show
-Mafia became lawmakers
-Rioters roamed free
-Police officers hounded for action on criminals

Every tender, contract, govt job was virtually decided by Crime syndicate.

Contrast this with the situation today:

-Criminals cancelling bail/ parole
-Mafias crossing over to other states
-Rioters offering to pay fine for loss
-Gundas surrendering to be inside jails

-Romios disappearing from nukkads
-Tenders being decided transparently
-No corruption in government jobs
-No cut money for welfare schemes
-Communal riots stopped completely
-Illegal slaughterhouses closed
-Ransom, kidnapping down

How this happened? Let’s see some facts. In last 4 years:

~ 24 mafia dons put behind bars
~ 135 notorious criminals killed
~ 190 arm licenses cancelled
~ 534 booked under NSA
~ 1000 crore property seized
~ 3699 arrested in gangster act
~ 11930 cases filed in gangster act

And to achieve that, state govt established:

~ 29 new police chowki
~ 59 new police stations
~ 4 new women police stations
~ 4 new economic offence units
~ 10 new vigilance units
~ 16 new cyber crime police stations
~ 69 new fire stations

The strength of Police forces in the state almost doubled in last 4 years:

~ Police was working with half of its strength for many years
~ The strength of Police force in 2017 was almost 1.5 lakhs
~ 1.37 lakhs recruitment done in last 4 years - transparent & corruption free

~ Anti Romeo Squad established in each police station
~ Anti human trafficking police stations established
~ Anti conversion ordinance to stop love j!had crimes
~ Electricity theft control police stations in each district
~ Women help desk in each of 1535 police stations

~ 218 POCSO courts for fast track trial

UP100 helpline converted to 112UP helpline which is now integrated with

~ GRP helpline

Today this is the single helpline for people of the state to report any issue- accidents, fire, distress calls, emergency etc.
