(2/2) ...and to cease and desist from entering into contracts and/or performing acts for third parties for her services as an artist / endorser without VIVA’s
consent and participation.

In its Resolution, the Court found Nadine’s contract to be valid and subsisting.

NBI Special Action Unit arrests a woman who stole the identity of socialite Ginger King Villavicencio, and attempted to sell a family-owned building to the owners of Wilcon Builders Corp. The suspect attempted to collect a P200M payment in an entrapment operation. | @Nikobaua
According to Wilcon Builders they checked all the documents presented by the suspect and did not find any flaws, which convinced them to make a down payment of P20M. | via @Nikobaua
