Imam Yahya Ibn Abi al Khayr al Shafi'i [558H] said-

"It is said to the Ashari if he recites a verse from Quraan,Is this the Speech of Allah or the Speech of Humans? If he says it is the Speech of Allah,he has returned to what the Salaf and People of Truth were upon,and if he...
Says it is the Speech of Humans(As is the Position of the Ashariya) then we answer him...,this is the saying of Al Waleed bin Al Mughirah (Qurayshi Mushrik) in what Allah has informed us about him-
{"This is nothing but Human Speech" 74:25}

So Allah threatening him...
For his saying said-
{I will throw him into Saqar[Hell] 74:26}.

This Punishment is dawning upon the Ashari's neck.

Ibn Hazm is talking about those who say it is Condition for Emaan, he is not negating Takfeer of the one who says the Quraan is Created (As he himself makes Takfeer)

Ibn Hazm said-"Did it ever come from the Prophet, Peace and Blessings be upon him, that he did not accept...
The Faith of the People of...(He goes on to name situations) UNLESS they acknowledge that Ability is before action or with action,or that the Quraan is created or that Allah Almighty sees...
Or does not see or that He has hearing,sight,life(etc)....if they claim that The Prophet,Peace and Blessings be upon,did not allow anyone to be Muslim except until they acknowledge these meanings,they have lied according to the consensus of the Muslims..."

Ibn Hazm refuting the concept of "Kalaam Nafsi" and his Curse and Declaration of Kufr on those who believe in it-

"And they (The Ashariya) said The Quraan was never brought by Jibril to the Prophet, rather something else was revealed to him...

Why do Quburis always conflate Tawassul with Istigatha?They are two totally different things. Besides Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab is just quoting Ijmaa of the Hanabilah,Ibn Hajar al Haythami transmits it and brings the Ijmaa-

Ibn Hajar mentions the types of Apostasy...
According to the Hanabilah and says-
"Among that is that he places between himself and Allah Almighty
intermediaries,relying on them,invoking them and asking (things) from them,they said: consensus..."

[213 كتاب الإعلام بقواطع الإسلام]

Tons of Hanabilah (And non Hanabilah)...
Have transmitted this and said the same.

Now there are many types of "Tawassul" the one which is widespread is "Requesting the dead to supplicate for you" Now if the one asks at the grave,most scholars say this is a Innovation and not allowed and this is due to the difference..

“The Hour will not be established until the buttocks of the women of Daws (a tribe) move while going round Dhul Khalasah.”
