HEADS-UP: We have our 1st sentencing memo (recommendation) from US Justice Dept in January 6 case

It's a lower-level case. And not likely to be representative of some other cases to come. But here goes:

Bottom-line, they're seeking 3 YEARS PROBATION for Anna Morgan

Anna Morgan is a 49 y/o from Florida who allegedly got the idea of going to the Capitol from her hairdresser

She's expected to plead guilty next week

She's not accused of assaulting anyone or destroying property, but allegedly said & posted some things

Feds allege Morgan said this after Jan 6: "I’m so glad we were there. For the experience and memory but most of all we can spread the truth about what happened and open the eyes of some of our friends.”

Prosecutors have just dropped a scathing filing against Richard Barnett, the man accused of putting feet on Pelosi suite desk & leaving vulgar note
