How to make customer support make you more $$$ in the long-run,
Rather than just being 'time-consuming'
(which might/might not make you more $)
1. Make a video reply for the question
• Say 'Anne asks... [question]'
• The video reply is a nice touch from the founder
• Feels more personal as it's 1-on-1 help now
2. Post the video, add it to your knowledge base
• It now looks like a Q&A 'show'
• That 1-on-1 feeling can be scaled to others
• It's normal to have it low-touch with a screen record (i.e. no Hollywood production needed)
An update would mean I keep replying with a new set of ppl. Let's say "Update: 10 more people, since you're here" — and then I add those 10 ppl as replies
Assumptions:
→ It might start a new wave of shares
→ This new wave of shares keeps ppl engaged
→ Some will scroll to the top
→ The original tweet might make new rounds
→ Whole thing's reinforced
