Remember when we were told Christopher Steele was a highly respected former British intelligence officer and not an FBI asset doubling as a Democratic Party operative?
Good times.
Remember when we were told the FBI would never lie to a secret court that a Trump campaign associate was a foreign agent of Russia?
Good times.
Remember when everyone said the FBI didn’t spy on Trump campaign?
Good times.
Remember when we were told the dossier was raw intelligence and not political dirt paid for by Clinton campaign and DNC?
Remember when we were told the “Russian lawyer” was colluding with Trump campaign and not Fusion GPS?
Good times.

I didn’t have time to cover this hearing but this man was arrested in February for offenses related to January 6. He remains behind bars awaiting a trial date or plea—he has neither.
The judge overseeing his case refused a recent request go to his father’s funeral. The judge?
Emmet G. Sullivan. Yes THAT Judge Sullivan, one of the many Trump-hating Beltway judges handling J6 cases. He, like the rest, is unconcerned with Deplorable Jail conditions for presumed innocent J6 protesters:
Speaking of…listening now to status hearing for Julian Khater and George Tanios, the men charged with “spraying” Brian Sicknick. Arrested in March to sustain the phony story Sicknick was killed by Trump supporters, they’ve been in jail ever since now languishing in DC jail.
In May, this judge—a Reagan appointee—denied release for both men including a $15 million bond offer from Khater family. Political prisoners.
Someone mentions, I don’t know who, mentions DC jail is on 7-day lockdown as I’ve reported. Both have filed appeals. Judge Hogan asks for update on discovery. DOJ says it’s working on it
I keep getting reports of deteriorating conditions in DC jail for January 6 defendants including more abuse, solitary punishment, and threats. Anyone paying attention @Jim_Jordan@ChuckGrassley? It sounds like they need help and intervention.
Very frustrating and their families have no where to turn. Grievances filed but going no where.
Reading through January 6 court docs and here's a gem from US DOJ: "It is true that one police officer lost his life (and more than a hundred officers were injured) in connection with the attack on the Capitol."
One. More. Time. If January 6 was as bad as they claim, why lie?
It is a motion to deny pre-trial release for a nonviolent offender and signed by the acting U.S. Attorney in D.C. Amazing.
Oh and by the way, it worked. This particular defendant is being held in solitary confinement conditions, denied bon, in the DC Deplorable Jail.
Listening to court hearing for J6 defendant. Federal prosecutor lying that the protest resulted in "several deaths." No correction by judge.
Here's the gist: DOJ rushed to arrest people, then petition for pre-trial detention. Now they ask judges for ANOTHER 60 day delay because they have so much evidence they can't pull it together. And government lawyers misleading courts about fatalities. Judges going along.
Tim Hale-Cusanelli is not charged of any violent crimes yet he has been behind bars since his arrest in January. justice.gov/usao-dc/case-m…
