I got interviewed for a job by a 24yo who was not good at it...I’m not saying it’s bc of her age but at this point I have experienced a lot of interviews, and shit interviewers sabotage u.
Like are you running these Q’s by people to make sure they make sense? Are u prepping at all? One guy told me to send him a company report mock-up after the interview and it was like, he just decided he wanted one. No data, no directions. I did what I could, heard no response.
Some interviewers was CLEARLY making up questions on the spot. Like you don’t care about this, you don’t know what you’re looking for, so clearly there is no real metric by which to grade me. Just going off ur gut. Then stop feeding me bs about hiring the “most qualified person”
Another interviewer administered a technical interview with questions that were not written well in English (his second language). Should you have had these proofread? I have 30 min but I have to spend time asking you Q’s about what you mean, which makes me look dumb to you.
My point is, NEVER sacrifice yourself for your job! They will always be fine without you!!! Leave after 2 months, who gives a fuck if they spent a lot of time training you. Worry about your pockets and your well-being before any “loyalty” to these jobs, PERIOD.
