Let’s remember: We have MORE then enough evidence. We just need the political will to ACT on said evidence.
REQUIRED NOW: 1. 4hr min. care standard. 2. Permanent wage increases to be on par w/ acute care. 3. Reinstate RQIs (2 per year IMO)
4. Make #LTCs post their staffing data PUBLICLY. 5. End de-skilling which directly ⬆️ medical error & injury & lawsuits (throw Fullerton’s RSA category in the 🗑 where it belongs). 6. End draconian scheduling & visitation limits for FULLY IMMUNIZED family/friends & residents.
7. Regulate $100,000 penalties for repeat LTCA noncompliance. 8. Regulate AC throughout homes (no common area nonsense). 9. CORONERS INQUEST INTO #LTC as was promised but not delivered.
10. Remove @OntarioPSWAssoc from staffing accelerator group (replace with a union since they were entirely omitted by @DrFullertonMPP).
I’ll stop at 10 for now ✔️

Tell me again how much you “fixed” things on your watch @DrFullertonMPP ⁉️
ps. @SouthbridgeLTC: I’m also hearing reports that Miss TikTok herself works at a @SouthbridgeLTC home and that the home was aware of her videos for some time. Care to verify❓
The LTC Commissioners just released @celliottability's testimony. So far, I've noted some interesting commentary around regulating PSWs & involvement of OPSWA (before her lawyers jump in and try to halt further questioning🤔). ltccommission-commissionsld.ca/transcripts/pd…
