OPHANIM painting hour is [not] going down tonight. moving with complications is taking longer than i thought so gonna call an official little pause in general here, will return triumphantly in a week to continue summer of power. we will resume broadcast from the new HQ shortly.
the new studio set up is next level. been kind of stuffed into a little cluttered room this whole time ngl, now i have a legit little library set up in this alcove, getting the full mega-easel set up, multiple desks, can really lay out my tools, actually use my books. new chapter
in a week-ish. consider this hibernation the start of my initiation into full esoteric dad-ism. find out the gender of owenius (mini-owen) in a few days. i filled about five bookshelves + spent a minute planning out subsections so i could actually actively easily access them all:
have another whiteboard here i ported over with plans + larger projects. i am anticipating refining the operation here to a new stage. i even drove many hours to obtain a huge steel flat file for storing more art. its like 200 lbs in my car rn. hope things are going well with you

the “experts” have finally pushed me too far
about to see owenius (tiny owen) on the babyscan screen. i have some to refer to this experience as the natalophony. not sure if they will adopt this term.
this actually exists in nyc but the opposite. theres a nice old church facade but if you walk behind it theres just university buildings. dont read into it.
cant pull up pics rn because im unpacking stuff but, not sure when else this would be relevant, theres also a church - i think its on 5th avenue around 20th street, that was converted into a fashion store. so you walk in and youre in the shell of a church but its a fashion store.
its kind of like a low church looking building (not an architecture guy) maybe it was anglican or something, its really nice though. so this shell of brick and church windows is filled out with modern sleek shelves and racks of expensive clothes, its pretty weird. [...]
every website and all of its functions have gotten more difficult to use over the last 1-5 years and its getting impossible to pretend that this isnt the case
few years ago i downloaded an archive of my tweets. boom. some type of excel file. opened it perfectly. thanks. now i just requested the same archive. its a huge file with everything that ever happened to me here, and it opens as an html that links to an archive that doesnt work
so i have to google, cant open twitter archive. but they changed the function so much over the last few years i cant tell if theres a difference between an archive of my twitter data and an archive of my tweets. so i have to go read random reddit posts to figure it out
moving today (and in general, been busy, thank u for sticking with owen broadcasting corporation during this time). as i pack and unpack books might swiftly post some that i see, without explanation, that people may want to check out depending on ur interests or general situation
