Videos of Capitol defendant Brian Mock attacking officers on Jan. 6 are in (thanks to the media coalition pushing for access). Here's Mock shoving an officer to the ground:
Brian Mock also appears briefly in this body worn camera footage, some question here whether the kick connected:
Video features FBI suspect 138-AFO (aka #baldeagle) watching the attacks. Bald Eagle himself is wanted for assault on federal officers. #SeditionHunters
Even more Jan. 6 body worn camera footage released this afternoon, this time in the Grady Owens case. Uploading shortly.

Four videos released in the case against Grady Owens, who attacked officers with a skateboard after his whole family (including his grandparents) came to D.C. to support Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election. One of the body worn camera videos is more than 50 mins long.
"YOU FUCKING TRAITORS!"
Here's a clip where Grady Owens (holding the skateboard) makes an appearance.
The new Jan. 6 attack body worn camera footage is pretty haunting. I’m working on uploading it in full now.
“I just would like to apologize the court, the American people and my family,” said the first defendant sentenced in connection with the “disgraceful” attack on the U.S. Capitol. Judge gave her more community service than the feds requested: huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
Feds called Jan. 6 “a day of riotous violence, collective destruction, and criminal conduct by a frenzied and lawless mob.” huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
First Capitol sentencing hearing underway. Anna Morgan-Lloyd’s lawyer Heather Shaner is now going through what her client learned about U.S. history since Jan. 6.
Morgan-Lloyd tells the court she never wanted to be part of something so “disgraceful” to our country and apologies to the American people.
NEW: Oath Keeper Graydon Young has pleaded guilty to two counts under a plea agreement that requires cooperation with the government. huffpost.com/entry/oath-kee…
Young’s team had no comment as he left the courtroom. Cameras are camped outside the exit. We shall see if cooperation agreement affords Young the ability to escape through the back entrance.
Big Jan. 6 news here: There’s a last-minute plea agreement hearing scheduled this afternoon for Graydon Young, who is charged in the Oath Keepers indictment.
In previous court filings, the government said that Young “does not appear to have personally brought weapons to the Washington, D.C., area” and did not appear to have played a leadership role in the conspiracy.
Young was initially detained pretrial, which his lawyer said took an "extremely high toll on his mental well-being.” He was later released on GPS monitoring based on an appeals court ruling. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
