@HouseofCommons @transportgovuk With the old English, Scottish and all Irish Parliaments no longer existing surely the only method to repeal these rights which also exist at common law is a referendum followed by Acts of the UK, Welsh, Scottish and Northern Ireland Parliaments.
@HouseofCommons @transportgovuk The acts also extend the general right of navigation and trade to dominions which include Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
