The grassroots rebellion against Critical Race Theory must be the beginning of a movement, not its culmination. It's not enough to pressure a corrupt system into grudgingly withdrawing its latest attempt at twisted left-wing ideological indoctrination. Go after the system itself.
Parents need to understand they cannot win an endless war of attrition against the corrupt teachers unions and left-wing academia. They pump garbage into your kids for years; you finally realize what's going on and fight for a whole election cycle to stop them; they start again.
CRT is just repackaged Marxist theory. It's already been repackaged more often than a stale fruitcake re-gifted for seven Christmases in a row. Win the war against CRT and they'll just try again. They're probably already working on the next iteration.
As long as you're just fighting the latest horrible fashionable ideas from the left-wing educationist establishment, you're tackling symptoms, not the disease. You're forever on defense, winning battles but never moving the front lines in the war for your children's minds.
Notice the other side, the aggressors, the neo-Marxists, don't fight that way. They're ALWAYS on offense. They're howling for the complete destruction of capitalism and constitutional liberty - the top-to-bottom overthrow of traditional American society and government.
Everything is "systemically" toxic, corrupt, racist, etc. in their view. They want it torn down and rebuilt under their control. They're busy dynamiting the foundations of America, not arguing about the color of the drapes on the 25th floor. They pursue POWER, not just outcomes.
If you battle is perpetually against the latest lump of toxic sludge bubbling out of left-wing academia, instead of the machine itself, you - and your children, and THEIR children - will be fighting forever. Take on the machine, not just its output. That's how THEY gained power.
Your problem today, American parents, is not just CRT. Your problem is really with the system that turned such a toxic ideology into a full-spectrum academic assault on your children. Your problem is with the rich and powerful unions and bureaucrats who eagerly imposed it. /end
