In addition to extending the moratorium, the White House will implement many of our recommendations including

To amplify and accelerate these efforts, @NLIHC is launching a national call to action to End Rental Arrears to Stop Evictions (ERASE). With research, tools, capacity building grants, and learning cohorts, we will:

1) Visible: Conduct equitable & robust marketing/outreach efforts to ensure that all renters & landlords know about ERA and how to access it.
