Pg. 208 of Lynne Spears book says business manager, Lou M Taylor, was instrumental in setting up the conservatorship. Lou also tried to conserve Courtney Love & Lindsay Lohan. Some of @britneyspears money was in Lou’s investment advising firm during the conservatorship.

This firm, Stonebridge Wealth Management, is also the firm Britney’s sister, Jamie Lynn, attempted to transfer the entirety of Britney’s SJB Trust assets in 2020 into. Lou apparently no longer works there. bht this arrangement would have brought in millions of dollars in fees.

From approx. 2008-2013, Lou was:
- Britney’s business manager/broker
- Jamie Lynn and Jamie’s business manager
- Britney’s investment advisor
- VP (founder, owner, and employee) of a firm that invested Britney’s money
- responsible for the conservatorship accounting.

The following *attorneys* knew or should have known about this massive conflict of interest:
- Vivian Lee Thoreen
- Geraldine Wyle
- Jeryll Cohen
- Andrew Wallet
- Samuel D Ingham III
- Dina Lapolt

Collectively, they have made millions from the conservatorship.

Attorneys, court investigators, and at least three judges did nothing but collect money from this conservatorship and come up with reasons to keep Britney in it.

According to the @nytimes, Britney has been begging the court to end the conservatorship since at least 2014.

The court (Reva Goetz) instructed Britney’s attorney NOT to inform her of her right to marry while in the conservatorship.

When fans like @bkstyl3 and @breatheheavycom’s Jordan Miller tried to tell the world about Lou - she sued them. Most recently, using hundreds of thousands of BRITNEYS dollars to pay law firm @SidleyLaw for the suit against a fan.

She has specifically targeted at least one Instagram account and one website which aimed to inform the public of her actions in 2020. She has also sent representatives to attempt to silence someone speaking about a certain topic as recently as last month.

In October 2020, after 12+ years of intimate involvement with Britney’s family and her affairs, when #freebritney advocates began to unravel the convoluted web, Lou abruptly resigned as business manager.

- judge Reva Goetz removed him from the court room and instead appointed glorified public defender, and now multi-millionaire, Samuel D Ingham. This wouldn’t be his last high-profile conservatee.

@AdamStreisand One of Britney’s conservators, attorney Andrew Wallet, who made an impressive $400,000 per year for his unnecessary services, referred to the conservatorship - which restricts Britney’s civil rights and liberties - as a “hybrid business model”.

And that’s exactly what it is.

In 2004, Britney formed at least two trusts to deposit her assets into. Trusts are meant to protect an individual’s assets from the greedy corruption of the probate courts as well as other bad actors - Britney’s wishes for the trusts were ignored.

The Los Angeles probate court allowed Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallet to access the assets of the trusts and amend them. Changing the rules of the trust and appointing Jamie Lynn, Britney’s sister, as trustee.

Presumably, this is a role she’d be paid for. Lou is JL’s manager too

When Britney said Wednesday that her family has “lived off” her conservatorship for years, I can only imagine she is talking about sneaky arrangements like these.

Britney stated her wishes in 2004, 4 years pre-cship. They were violated by her team and the courts.

Bryan Spears, Britney’s brother, also served as one of Britney’s conservators at one point. Presumably he would have been paid for this role. It is unclear what his qualifications are, if any.

Jamie Spears, current conservator of Britney’s estate and arguably still of her person/body - charges Britney’s estate $16,000 per month as well as $2,000 per month for a warehouse where he allegedly hoards Britney memorabilia. It is unclear what his qualifications are.

Certain pop culture websites that leak celebrity gossip have implied (unsubstantiated) that Jamie Lynn is a “consultant” for Britney’s business and charges Britney’s estate hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. It is unclear what her qualifications are.

From October 2020, through early 2021, Vivian Lee Thoreen’s firm Holland & Knight (one of at least a half dozen law firms associated with the cship) charged Britney’s estate nearly a million dollars to go on a media tour defending Jamie and the conservatorship.

Vivian stated in an interview with @GMA that Britney has NEVER asked her father to step aside and has never petitioned to end the conservatorship.

Britney mentioned Wednesday that she had no idea she had the ability to petition to end the conservatorship. Sam never told her.

But evidence uncovered by the @nytimes would imply that Vivian lied when she said Britney has never asked her father to step aside.

Either that, or she was using slippery lawyer speak to mislead the public. Vivians name is on the original cship court filings…

Again, Vivian charged Britney’s estate to appear on television and say these things.

Britney said on Wednesday that it’s not fair that her family and team get to go on TV and “openly lie” about her situation.

I can only guess who she was talking about.

Vivian continuously states that this conservatorship is in Britney’s nest interest. She said “Jamie saved Britney’s life”.

But Britney said on Wednesday that the conservatorship is doing “WAY more harm than good.”

She wants to own her own money and control her own body.

What Britney asked for was basic:

- to see her kids and boyfriend
- get married
- grow her family
- travel
- hire her own security
- have private therapy sessions
- choose her own doctor
- spend her own money
- make her own reproductive decisions

Vivian goes on television and gaslights the public saying Jamie saved Britney’s life. But Britney literally likened her situation to s*x trafficking.

Said the nurses and security loved in her house with her. They took her passports and cash. Took her ability to leave.

Vivian Lee Thoreen should be investigated by the bar association in the state of California but she won’t. Bar associations are generally incestuous clubs full of corruption and greed that hold ethical attorneys’ licenses over our heads and allow corruption to run rampant.

People like Lou Taylor, Vivian Thoreen, Andrew Wallet and more have capitalized on a system they learned to exploit.

They each made millions from the trafficking of Britney Spears. The time for accountability is NOW. #freebritney

Britney said she wants to sue her entire family. She said she is traumatized. She has been forced to work. She was drugged for refusing to do a dance move. She has been institutionalized against her will. She has been abused and threatened. She has been trafficked.

After she said these things for the world to hear, the judge cut off the broadcast. Why is the state of California allowed to keep the public in the dark when its judges are complicit in human trafficking?
