Without major climate provisions in a reconciliation bill, President Biden will fail to meet his international climate commitments made in April, nor his environmental justice commitments made during the campaign.
In fact, with its massive expansion of highways and airports, @leahstokes makes the point that it’s unclear whether bipartisan bill even lowers emissions.
