After a 10yr journey, we've secured a permanent home in the City of London!
Approval has been granted on a new development in partnership w @DominusIsUs at 65 Crutched Friars, near the Tower of London, which will be home to a new Migration Museum for Britain.
"We're delighted to have secured a permanent home for Britain's missing museum & there is no more fitting location than the City, gateway to the world for thousands of years." – Sophie Henderson, CEO, Migration Museum.
The new museum will be allied to a network of venues in the UK providing a platform for people to explore & share migration stories & connections to each other. It will include interactive galleries, flexible event & education space, outdoor areas, café & shop. 🌍🥡🥘💼
