I am going to bet my money on this being home made and here is why.
100% of graffiti vandalism is never committed while giving one's back to the entrance of a home. It is human instinct. that fear thing.

Turning your back to a home you are vandalizing simply shows your brain feels safe that home is behind you because your brain does not perceive it as a threat.

that means one thing, the vandal either lives in the home, or knows the home occupants know who he or she is.
