Meet LAPD Frank Lopez (@frank_slo). This out-of-control cop is actually a supervisor of other cops.

Imagine that?

He gives us two directions to leave. We chose one. He then changes his mind. Then says “you have one minute to leave.” But he arrests after 4 seconds.🥴
In this video Lopez says she has *one minute* to leave. In this video he arrests her. But the video is *nine seconds* in total.

Lopez’s math is wrong.
The cop who picked up my phone hit record by accident. 😁

LOPEZ: Take it up with the judge.

Going to demand the City Attorney *not* drop this charge. I want to take it to trial. I want Lopez on the stand. I want to *personally* cross-examine him. Then place him on a Brady List.
I talked with the other cop about how ridiculous it is that he’s paid over $130,000.
Francisco was so out-of-control. He didn’t drop the phone. He straight-up *threw* my phone into the car.

This @frank_slo guy can’t even keep his cool at a controlled, calm scene. Imagine what he’d be like working patrol late at night in South LA.

We all think the cops or their fanatical supporters were responsible.
My son was shot 17 times by three masked shooters. That’s an assassination.
The detectives are trash.

Other than a call asking if Moore could call me, I talked to the detective ONE fucking time (and that was when I WENT LOOKING FOR HER). During that convo she asked if I had my sons passwords. You waited a week?

These fuckers left casings at the scene.

Real talk: I’m *not* convinced the LAPD or their lovers had nothing to do with my son’s murder.

I lean that way more and more each day.
People around me wonder the same.

My family knows how I was constantly being followed by different cars — especially after filming shitty police stops.
I think the LAPD has no business investigating my son’s murder.

Someone else needs to step in.

Can you believe this weirdo is allowed to carry a gun.
Totally out-of-control.

Imagine what this guy is like at night, on a dark street, when no one is around. This is your LAPD for you.

Chief Moore’s LAPD.
Hey, LAPD, I’m invoicing you $10 for the screen protector you cracked. Dont make me litigate. 😁

No LAPD cop has ever received a sustained complaint for biased-policing in LAPD history.

Here’s a thread. You decide. These Black kids were handcuffed and searched over a *turn signal* violation. Doesnt happen to white kids.

Is this biased-policing?

Cops handcuffed this guy. When they realized they were being filmed (9 sec mark) they immediately uncuffed.

They then claimed he looked like a suspect (who is 5’10”). This guy is 6’5”. That’s a seven inch height difference. 😒

Is this biased-policing?
Kids were stopped while walking, handcuffed, searched then released (no citation).

Got into car, and *same cops* immediately PULLED THEM OVER, ordered out of car, handcuffed and searched because…… tinted windows. Stopped twice by same cops.😒

Is this biased-policing?

Well, I guess the LAPD is going to have to send me 600 letters letting cops off the hook for refusing to wear masks.

I’m still filing the complaints, and will let the people of LA know how unserious the LAPD was about controlling COVID.
The taxpayers paid tens of millions of dollars to cover sick pay of cops during COVID. You wonder how much could have been saved had cops just wore masks. But they didn’t.

We got stuck with the massive bill, and they aren’t held accountable at all.
Maskless LAPD came in contact with dozens or even hundreds of people a day. How many people did they spread this deadly disease to?

Common sense says many. Common sense says maskless cops spread and people died.

Chief Moore feels it’s no biggie.
