11. Does argumentation ethics presuppose anything other than a preexisting interest in avoiding violence? (Genghis Khan, nor I,care about your definition of property, 'rights' or justice). In other words, why does Hoppe evade the first question of why not kill, rape, conquer?

12. Isn't libertarianism just middle-class marxism? Instead of a near prohibition on private property, a near prohibition on common property? Isn't neoconservatism a near prohibition on sovereignty? So the set: lower, middle, and upper class marxism(single class monopoly rule?).
