Patients are sedated with morphine and midazolam with a syringe driver, deprived of nutrition or fluids so that they eventually die from starvation or dehydration.That's slow euthanasia.That's the pathway to death, there's nothing of a palliative care.
And with COVID 19, they killed many people in that way, not only the elderly... and all is covered by law. It has become legal.

Families should have known there was something weird when they were no allowed to visit the patient during the final days.
