NEW: Today the nation's largest teachers union removed the resolutions they passed/defeated from their website.
Just this morning their website still showed this 2019 resolution they DEFEATED calling to "make student learning the priority of the Association."

The nation's largest teachers union approved a $127k measure to publicize information on CRT

They also approved a $56k measure to conduct opposition research on CRT opponents

But they failed to pass this measure to "make student learning the priority of the Association" in 2019
DEFEATED:

"The [NEA] will re-dedicate itself to the pursuit of increased student learning in every public school in America by putting a renewed emphasis on quality education. NEA will make student learning the priority of the Association."

Maine's private school choice program doesn't allow families to take their children's education dollars to private religious schools

This prohibition discriminates against religious families and flies in the face of the Montana v Espinoza (2020) SCOTUS decision.
