TrueAllele is reshaping DNA analysis, providing key evidence in thousands of homicides, rapes ... But that comes with a major caveat: *** Not a single prosecutor, government crime lab or defendant has had a meaningful look at how it works.*** a.msn.com/00/en-us/AAM6p…
In one famous case, authorities thought a serial killer might be at work after finding a similar pattern of female DNA at crime scenes in multiple countries. It turned out that the swabs used to take samples contained genetic material from the women who made them at a factory.
when New York City was forced to disclose the source code of its own (a different one than mentioned in earlier tweets) probabilistic genotyping program, a defense expert found a bug that tended to overestimate a defendant’s likelihood of guilt.
“We shouldn’t be using the criminal justice system as a proving ground for new technologies, especially when the makers of these technologies are keeping how they work secret.”
In order to view the source code you have to sign an NDA. Which might prevent you from TESTIFYING about what you saw.
Groups including the American Civil Liberties Union and the Electronic Frontier Foundation have made similar points in other cases where Cybergenetics has fought access to its code, saying defendants are being accused by “secret evidence.”
Cybergenetics did eventually allow Kennedy to review TrueAllele’s source code on an iPad, but he has no expertise in computer programing.

That's a big help!

Leftwing New York Magazine Admits That Children Have Never Been Threatened By Covid ace.mu.nu/archives/39470…
"Most remarkably, it has been known to be true since the very earliest days of the pandemic -- indeed it was among the very first things we did know about the disease."
---
Well SOME PEOPLE were pointing this out at the time and were SHUT DOWN for stating the truth.
600,000 Americans have lost their lives to COVID over the course of the pandemic; just 0.05 percent* of those were under the age of 18, a population that represents more than 20 percent of the country's population as a whole.

331 children.
Researchers have found that “expiration” dates — which rarely correspond to food actually expiring or spoiling — are mostly well-intentioned, but haphazard and confusing.
Put another way,
***they’re not expiration dates at all.*** vox.com/22559293/food-…
So it's come to this. I put up serious link to Vox.
"There are two vital facts to know about date labels on foods in the US: They’re not standardized, and they have almost nothing to do with food safety."
"Now that Trump has left the White House, Politico reported on information they've had forever: That Biden is in steep cognitive decline and anything he says is a heavily-memorized line written by someone else." ace.mu.nu/archives/39223…
The fact that Politico reported this TODAY means that Biden is on the express lane to 25th amendment removal.
Looking at section 4 of the 25th... Kamala would be acting President after a cabinet majority vote but it wouldn't be permanent until each house of congress affirms by 2/3rds vote.
Imagine the hilarity if the Senate rejects Kamala!

To show how pitchers used scuffballs and similar gimmicks to throw super-nasty pitches NBC had Don Sutton (wearing a mask) demonstrate the craft.
To further disguise him, they reversed the image so he looked like a left-hander.
IIRC MLB was not amused and gave him a short suspension (he was still an active pitcher).
Also, Sutton was regarded as a master at exploiting a baseball that had scuffs. Some say he even may have possibly scuffed the ball himself!
RIP hoss.
In his last year in baseball (1988) Sutton had a Dodger comeback. Stats were not good HOWEVER, if had pitched with the same ability in 2020 he would have been regarded as a good starter ... assuming he was used as starters were used in 2020.
"In November, I wrote about how the National Association of Realtors had modified its regulations to allow members to be forced out of the business over their social media posts."
"Cancel culture isn’t a new phenomenon, but this is the industrialization of cancel culture which takes it from an isolated phenomenon to a collective system of enforcement like China’s social credit score."
You can post liberal thoughts online and be fine.
You can post non-political stuff* online and be fine.
You post conservative stuff online and you're a target.
*of course, the liberals decide what is non-political...
Biden's Magical Election. ace.mu.nu/archives/39142…
"Amazingly, he managed to secure victory while also losing in almost every bellwether county across the country. No presidential candidate has been capable of such electoral jujitsu until now."
"They just straight up executed a coup.
And of course they'll now cover it up -- and harass, beat, and imprison anyone who notices.
Treason never prospers, for if it prospers, none dare call it treason."
Old and Busted: "Not my President"
New Hotness: Fraud, straight up.
