it's the same GOP fascist bullshit over and over again 1. make up a lie 2. all overreact to it 3. "what, are you for the thing we're pretending is a threat that's happening that we're overreacting to? you must be 'in on it' huh? are you? you're one of them, aren't you? get ‘em!"
‘Look. I won. Ok? The votes don’t count. I won. That’s it. The end. I’m the winner. It’s my country. And I win. I won by a lot by the way. Some say the most ever. Even if I lost. I won. I won. I won. I. Won. Bigly. I’m the winner. You lose. I win. Election over. Mine, mine, mein’
Trump’s willing to treat his fellow citizens like mortal enemies. He’s the most divisive character in American history. He’s an effective vehicle for Putin’s aim of destroying the nation. He is dividing and conquering us and his followers have no idea they live inside a giant lie
Everyone keepin track of the bullshit excuses for trump's incitement of insurrection we've been fed so far?
BLM did it
Antifa did it
Dems did it
FBI did it
Capitol police did it
It took place during the transition so no foul
All Americans are to blame
Media hoax
It never happened

Trump’s attacks on political adversaries are often followed by threats to their safety - The Washington Post washingtonpost.com/national-secur…
Trump is easily the most dangerous and destructive force in America today. Unlike Covid there is no vaccine. The republicans refuse to apply the law to him. His followers refuse to apply reason. There is an insurrection ongoing in America. He’s the capo. And they’re coming for us
That Trump incited the insurrection to stop his loss is undeniable. It’s self evident. We all watched it happen over months and on January 6th. It’s like arguing he won the election or the chiefs won the super bowl. Anyone who defends trump is lying to you or themselves or both.
Trump is still out there. Plotting. Inciting. Festering
When trump was not convicted it was the greatest under-reaction to a violent insurrection in history and is helping to hand the keys to the united states and our government to white supremacists and bigots who’d undo the nation, our freedoms, laws and ideals, and all we stand for
We’re living through an endless cycle of republican abuse of power and obstruction of justice that has seen two impeachments and an ongoing insurrection so far. There is no end, no bottom, they simply will not comply with the imperatives of government or institutions of justice
I don’t know what else to say, folks. I really don’t. It’s been obvious for years that trump’s a problem. The impeachments are both related to his criminality and lawlessness and cheating. He incited an attacked on the Capitol and won’t concede and continues to foment violence...
What’s not gonna work is just moving on like 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and the attack on the Capitol and the ongoing big lie and endless loop of republican/trump abuse of power and obstruction of justice never happened. Half a million dead. Domestic terrorism. We can’t forget
It’s not like people haven’t been saying for literally years that trump’s rhetoric foments violence and he would get people killed. That he stokes violence. That he dogwhistles racists and hate groups and militias. That his lies and conspiracies are dangerous. He knew. We all did
I got about a thousand baseless insulting and ignorant (and I’m being generous in my description) replies today for the horrific sin of sharing the truth about trumpo the great/powerful fraud and I’m thinking about responding to every one of them with this google.com/amp/s/www.nyti…
If you’re hanging your hat on trump said “peacefully” once you’re telling on yourself. He said “fight” 20 times. He said he loved them after they attacked. He said the election was stolen without evidence hundreds of times. He’s still saying that one. He said go to the Capitol...
If Trump didn’t incite insurrection on January 6th, what was he doing that day? What else do you call his actions post election culminating in his rally to violence at the Capitol, the ensuing attack and carnage and death in his name, on his behalf/at his behest, for his benefit?
there's a lie overtaking the republican party. the conspiracy theory that trump, an unpopular, deeply divisive, dangerous liar who failed at covid and left us with record debt and death secretly won the election. that fake reality is the greatest threat to our freedom imaginable
