This is a big deal. Donald J. Trump told the Secretary of Defense that he was planning to pull the U.S. out of NATO and “blow up the U.S. alliance with South Korea.”
Translation, Trump was going to fully implement Putin’s agenda in a second term.

It’s clear the United States has all the evidence it needs to prosecute Donald J. Trump and his co-conspirators for treason. Congress should abolish the death penalty and the Department of Justice needs to start dropping indictments.
From Donald Trump’s public admission at CPAC that he got worse after his impeachments (1st one for working with Kremlin agents to hurt Ukraine and American opponents, 2nd was related to a Kremlin-linked insurrection, a domestic terrorist attack on the U.S.). He will get worse.

Castro regime has to go and Cubans deserve strong support from the U.S., but one doesn’t need to be a chess master to understand Putin’s soldiers Rubio and Cruz are part of an operation to help install a Cuban mafia regime, mirroring the playbook of the post Soviet Union.
Republicans, including Rubio and Cruz, don’t care about human rights in Cuba. They don’t care about human rights in the U.S., including in their states. These are professional transactional operators, it’s business and they have an interest in a new Russian/Cuban-mafia regime.
Trump did business in Cuba. His business partner Manafort has ties to Castro. He gave boss Putin a gift w/ sanctions, pushed Castro closer to Moscow. Under Obama’s policies, he and GOP could have cut huge deals in Cuba but Kremlin wouldn’t let them, new mafia regime is a win-win.

Donald J. Trump’s security is dangerously poor, he needs immediate serious protection. Putin has no use for him other than disposing of him in a manner that will have horrific implications for the US for next 100 years as a third of the country will reject the federal government.
Vladimir Putin’s end game was to destroy the U.S. He failed but now his plan B is to cause the most long term damage possible and with indictments looming and Trump no longer a source of power but a liability, we are entering dangerous territory and his security is visibly weak.
At CPAC, Donald J. Trump admitted responsibility for January 6th and implicated himself and lot of people in the process. He cannot walk this back and needs to be brought to justice and that requires the highest level of witness protection immediately.

Cuba has been a stronghold for Putin. Since 2014, relations strengthened, especially as the Trump administration imposed tough sanctions, pushing Havana closer to Moscow.

With massive protests, will Putin send Russian warships to “help” Cuba (and secure his military interests)?
Since 2016, Russia secured contracts for Cuba’s air traffic control towers of main airports, invested hundreds of millions in aid & military support, is building power plants, pledged $1.5 billion for railroad, and needs Cuba geopolitically; ie, support Venezuela, threaten US.
In 2019, Putin threatened U.S. with another Cuban missile crisis. Given ongoing Russian aggressions and protests in Cuba threatening a Kremlin-backed regime, will he interfere in Cuba now? If not, that’s very significant.
