You cannot be pro-racial justice and anti-police reform
You cannot be pro-Constitution and anti-press/free speech/upholding your oath
You cannot be pro-science and anti-vaccine
You cannot be pro-America and Republican
You cannot be pro-worker and anti-union/livable wages
You cannot be pro-education/anti-censorship and pro-banning actual American history/CRT
You cannot be pro-health and anti-COVID relief/treatment
You cannot be pro-Climate action and anti-clean energy/emissions standards
You cannot be pro-safety in schools and pro-mass shootings
You cannot be pro-judicial independence and pro-DOJ defending Trump/Barr
You cannot be pro-equality and anti-equality act/equal rights amendment
You cannot be pro-law and order and anti-accountability for Jan 6th
This list could go on forever. The point is this:
If you stand for fundamental American values like democracy and equality and justice FOR ALL, then you cannot make excuses for white cops; racist republicans; and anti-LGBT laws under the guide of “religious freedom”
Pick a side
If you stand for equality for all; the right to vote being unimpeded; if you stand against racism, white supremacy, voter suppression; rolling back protections for women, POC & LGBT Americans; then you have chosen the only party fighting for these things: The Democratic Party.
And we need you to vote like it’s the last election in 2022 because if Republicans win back control of the House, Senate, or WH, it will be. This is not hyperbole. Get everyone you know registered and make a voting plan TODAY.

Let’s talk about the right wing boogeyman “antifa.” It’s right up there with “Marxism,” “Socialism,” and every other buzzword that these people have no understanding of and use solely as a method of fearmongering and scapegoating left-wing groups for their own right-wing violence
First of all, antifa as an organization does not exist. It has absolutely no central structure, hierarchy, or base of operations. It is mereley an ideology shared by individuals who are anti-racism, anti-extremism, and anti-authoritarianism.
Second of all, it’s name literally means “ANTI-FASCIST.” So while these groups might be more likely to confront right wing extremist groups like the proud boys, they’re still the ones who resort to almost exclusively nonviolent methods and are AGAINST hate, bigotry & violence.
.@JoeBiden stated in his SOTU speech that the biggest threat facing America today was from within. He’s right. And he needs to stop mincing words and call out the @GOP for what is is: the party of domestic terrorism, sedition, violence, fascism, bigotry, and the end of democracy.
—He must use every lever at his disposal to pass the FTPA
—He must call out Republicans for betraying their oaths and enabling a sociopathic demogague whose actions killed over half a million Americans
—We march, donate & campaign to keep the house and expand our senate majority
—There is no value nor purpose in seeking bipartisanship with traitors, liars, insurrectionists, racists & conspiracy theorists
—We need grassroots campaigns to combat GOP voter suppression laws in every state
—We need to register every single American who turned 18 since 2020
“Russia hoax” = The Kremlin waging cyberwarfare against the U.S. to install a puppet into the WH in 2017 and having a completely compromised @GOP to enable his endless crimes & dismemberment of federal agencies. Anyone still pushing this as a hoax IS SPREADING RUSSIAN PROPAGANDA
Our country has reached a grim milestone. Over 600K Americans have died from COVID—a magnitude of loss we’ve never faced in our lifetimes. Linked is an invaluable Guide that lists the best internet resources available for grieving individuals (THREAD). covidgriefresources.com
This Guide includes resources to help the bereaved manage painful emotions, build resilience, stay connected to others, develop coping skills, and practice self-care. There is also material on ways to help others who are grieving, such as the best and worst things to say to them.
Nearly 4 million people have died as a result of the pandemic. Tens of millions have lost loved ones. This represents a tsunami of suffering. The bereaved must also bear the weight of collective grief; in which the distress we see all around us intensifies our own.
We’re past the point of being “alarmed,” “disheartened,” or “disappointed.” We are in a battle for democracy against a party that has made it clear for decades that they oppose it and will do everything they can to extinguish it because it’s the only way they can maintain power.
The @FBI and most of our other intelligence agencies are already investigating Jan 6th and are well aware of the complicity of @GOP Congress members. @HouseDemocrats should still conduct their own and force every Republican to testify under oath in front of the entire nation.
Drag every @GOP member who voted against the commission or abstained from the vote in front of the cameras and force them to either explain themselves to the people who elected them under oath, commit perjury (another federal offense) or resign and face charges for sedition.
Vaccine hesitancy is something that impacts more people than just Trump supporters. If you ever were or remain more open to the idea of injecting bleach into your lungs than the vaccine into your arm, you’re not someone who can be reasoned with. This thread is for everyone else.
Most of us can’t comprehend how anyone could still be hesitant. COVID has killed nearly 600K Americans while the vaccine has killed ZERO. I hear you. But since nearly 1/3 of American adults are in this category, I’m going to try to get through to them anyway.
If we’re going to convince anyone in this group, lumping them all together as hopeless morons is not the answer. Many are not stupid but simply don’t understand the development process; how vaccines work; or are afraid of adverse reactions or long-term side effects.
