I watch F1 (the Netflix series) rather than F1 (the motorsport event) and I’m very annoyed when the second one happens because I risk getting spoilers
In general I enjoy any sporting event way more when I can learn about the competitors and how they differ and the history and, for lack of a better word, storylines, without a huge investment of time
This is supposed to be what commentators are for but when has that ever been true
