Labour has every reason to go after the far fringes, not least because that is where it will find enemies, not friends.

Consider last Friday’s anti-Israel in demonstration in Bradford, organised by Arshad Ali. See him rail about Bradford’s Labour-controlled council. 1/8
The council “created every obstacle they could” for the rally, he claims. “We refuse! We stand in solidarity with Mr Corbyn!”

He adds that he has been rejected by Labour (good!) and is "in exile".

Well, the council was right to be concerned, if Ali’s claims are true. 2/8
At one point, the disgraced former MP and awful antisemite David Ward was listed as a speaker at this rally. So was "Lowkey" (TBC), a raging Hamas fan and ridiculous 9/11 truther. 3/8
In the end, the crowd had to make do with the nasty Islamist activist Salma Yaqoob, among others. Corbyn chatted amiably with her at the event. 4/8
Mind you, though, Arshad Ali does try hard. In the clip, he says "we welcome Mr Galloway, sorry, Mr Corbyn to Bradford". He stumbled because he was one of Galloway's key Bradford "Respect" wreckers. And yes, he too is an antisemite. 5/8
So no wonder he is bitter. Very bitter. Happily for Arshad, that Jeremy balm does soothe. 6/8
Labour has turned a blind eye to its people speaking at countless Israel hatred events, from early May right up to this rally. Even though the movement brims with people who have nothing but contempt for today's party. 7/8
bradfordsocialists.wordpress.com/2021/07/17/cor…
You see, the frontbencher Imran Hussain MP and Richard Burgon MP did speak at the rally.

The fringe proscription move, if overdue, is very welcome. But action is needed all the way up to the PLP level if Labour is truly to extricate itself from Corbynism's hateful swamp. 8/8

This is Andrew Feinstein at today's anti-Labour rally for racists in London. He is a Corbynista ultra, simultaneously ridiculous and horrible.

He has also said that he is a member of the Labour party, in Starmer's constituency no less. If that is still the case, why? 1/6 Image
Together with Justin Schlosberg, he set up a ludicrous venture called "Truth Defence" to defend Corbyn and attack opponents of antisemitism in the party. This was their take on the EHRC report.

Plus a comment to "The Canary" that makes his position very clear. 2/6 ImageImage
And this is what Keir Starmer had to say about the EHRC report. 3/6 Image

Some wonder why the "Labour Representation Committee" is not slated for proscription by Labour.

Well, indeed.

It has an appalling record in the party's antisemitism crisis, stretching back many years. And here it is promoting tomorrow's assembly of miscreants. 1/8 Image
You know:

"bogus charges of antisemitism"

"Call for the restoration of the whip to Jeremy Corbyn and the reinstatement of unfairly suspended members"

"Ken Loach has sent a special message" 2/8

Here the LRC asks people to support the "Left Legal Fighting Fund". It is a vehicle set up by Chris Williamson. The sole shareholder and director of the company behind it is the awful Bristol professor David Miller. The fund backs people fighting Labour in court. 3/8 Image

"One rule for them" rightly riles so many, as we are seeing in politics today.

So Labour's moves against haters must aim high too. "Labour Against the Witchhunt" sponsor Ken Loach, for example.

This alone should do: standing up for the awful Bristol professor David Miller. 1/9
Or this. Chris Williamson has chosen the deepest pits of antisemitic hatred. Loach has his back. 2/9 Image
Marc Wadsworth too. Loach *after* Wadsworth was expelled from the Labour party:

"Marc has an honourable record as a principled campaigner against racism and injustice. We should demand that his case be reopened." 3/9 Image

Arshad Ali is the organiser of this Friday’s Israel hatred rally in Bradford, featuring Jeremy Corbyn, Richard Burgon and Labour councillor Jennifer Lynn.

He is an excellent man for the “Stop the War Coalition” job. So excellent that it is difficult to count the ways. 1/11
Here he is promoting a crazed tirade against America and Israel by Leo Muhammad of the Nation of Islam. Hatred takes Muhammad so far that he salutes the tyrant Saddam Hussein, a “strong man for his people”, and backs Iraqis cutting Western forces “into tiny little pieces”. 2/11
Speaking of the indefatigable Saddam, Ali is a big fan of George Galloway. He chaired the Bradford “Respect” party and was a leading organiser for Viva Palestina, Galloway’s Hamas support operation. 3/11

This is good news. Congratulations to the Labour legal team. And who else figures in all this? Go on, hazard a wild guess. 1/4

A "crowd fund" backed the miscreants. This update appeared earlier this year. The "Left Legal Fighting Fund" was originally set up to support Chris Williamson. 2/4
Its sole shareholder and director is none other than David Miller. 3/4

A proper Israel hatred rally will feature dirty lies.

Step forward Claudia Webbe MP in Leicester on 30 May. She accuses Israel of nothing less than "genocide" and "elimination". 1/6
Nasty "direct action" needs a push too.

Oh yes, Webbe is "proud" of "direct action" against the defence firm Elbit in Leicester. "Solidarity!" 2/6
She is "proud" of conspiracy to commit criminal damage, aggravated trespass, and violent disorder. "Palestine Action" are nothing but a band of racist vandals. 3/6
