@Hixie Nothing that your are not aware of. Currently fonts don't have a non-SVG useful vector format and we are designing one but is much more constrained than necessary. I've been watching iconvg, and read ur whitepaper. Q is: other than NIH, any reason not to embrace & extend Lottie?
@Hixie It has proven itself on the wild. I use Telegram app daily and envy its slick emoji animations. There's rolling and renderers. Is compact. It's open source. Has a lot going for it that we can only dream of...
@Hixie It's not well-specified, and is JSON. That's where Google can embrace & extend and make a difference. The world needs an open vector format that doesn't reek Adobe.
