Had great time in Napa! Tough seeing what lockdowns did to this great town and great people. (Or the virus, not here for that debate.)
It will be back. But not close yet. Many places shuttered. Town closes by 9pm except on the weekend. Few visitors from beyond Bay area.

Great little gym with strong and friendly grapplers. Locals, mostly in hospitality and agriculture. Quite visitor friendly.

As a friend put it, there’s lots of little nice towns in America, or even just in Colorado. What makes Napa special is the activities, people and nightlife.
