Tons of companies have been testing autonomous vehicles with human safety drivers for years.

So what’s the problem with Tesla letting customers who paid for FSD be safety drivers too if they want to? $TSLA @elonmusk
“Only professional safety drivers can be trusted”

Professional safety drivers litterally ran over and killed a woman because they were watching “The Voice” on Hulu. I can do better than that

“Normal drivers won’t pay attention”

Tesla will make sure they’re paying attention
They will detect when you’re on your phone, spaced out, sleeping etc and respond appropriately

they have already started doing this with fsd beta 9
like if I look at my phone or apple watch within a couple of seconds BEEP BEEP

Why $TSLA?

We’ve built this amazing massive global economy

You can get anything you want from around the world.

But… there’s one big issue. It’s all based on cars and trucks that pollute the air. It’s all based on fossil fuels.

It’s not sustainable. It can’t last @elonmusk
Nobody really wants to talk about this, but if we continue growing indefinitely with this system forever, it will eventually come grinding to a halt.

When we can’t breathe air in our cities, when the climate changes, when oil gets hard to find.

Tesla was designed to fix it.
How?

By building a shit ton of battery packs.

That’s what Tesla does. They mass produce massive numbers of battery packs.

The car is a battery pack with electric motors.

They sell battery packs for your homes.

And large utility scale battery packs for renewables.

This one is for the conspiracy theorists

That Model S owner with all the lawyers whose car caught fire?

He’s an exec at Susquehanna International, a “global quant trading firm” that trades $TSLA.

Had over $1 billion shares, which could hedge a short

not trying to say conspiratorial accusations are warranted here but it’s certainly an interesting piece of info

hat tip to Bloomberg on the scoop, and extra brownie points for mentioning that EV fires are very rare
this is the guy. “crypto king” who has been on CNBC before.

“Audi plans to switch to agency sales for its electric models in Europe starting in 2023.

Through this model, cars will be sold directly by the brand to end customers, with dealers acting only as intermediaries” — Auto News @elonmusk
"This is an important step for the human-centric orientation of our sales model and the next logical step into an electric future," an Audi spokesperson told Automotive News Europe in an email.
The spokesperson said, however, that dealers "remain the backbone" of Audi's business, adding that the change was being made to focus on the "rapidly changing" buying behavior of the brand's customers.

“A substantial portion of the recent growth in our net revenues earned from cryptocurrency transactions is attributable to transactions in Dogecoin” — Robinhood S-1
“If demand for transactions in Dogecoin declines and is not replaced by new demand for other cryptocurrencies available for trading on our platform, our business, financial condition and results of operations could be adversely affected”
For the three months ended March 31, 2021, 17% of our total revenue was derived from transaction-based revenues earned from cryptocurrency transactions, compared to 4% for the three months year ended December 31, 2020.
