Today, I played golf again. It’s smoky, hazy and going to be 108 today again….I went out early and played with someone new. New to the club. We went out and played together. I hoped to encourage her to join our women’s group. I think I did…….but….

This will be short. New player, very nice, new to golf, needs work on her game (like we all do) and we chatted. Nothing in particular, just general stuff until it wasn’t..
Somewhere while our foursome was waiting to tee off, someone mentions vaccines and masks.

Asked the group whether they still wear masks into stores, etc., if they are vaccinated. I said “hell yes”.
The group basically said yes, with one person saying No. The new person.🥴

I don’t understand why people are shocked. I mean this is how mergers and acquisitions work. You never want to be the company that was merged into. Like Mylan was. The first thing companies do is divest people and buildings and equipment.

Heather did her job as Joe’s daughter. Joe made money when the merger took place if he owned stock. Heather got $20M and she knew the merger would mean people would lose jobs. That’s the way it works.

AND the company did it with profit in mind. They used Reverse Morris Trust to do it with essentially helps when a subsidiary of a parent company wants to merge and create a new company and it’s all TAX FREE if they meet requirements.

The ONLY group of people that Tom Barrack is beholden to is the Saudis and royalty. Please let’s remind everyone how he began.

And his “friendships” not mentioned are Maxwell, arms dealers, and pedophiles. Why keep The Weinstein company afloat?
Tom flipping seems obvious….or not. He’s got a lot to consider while being detained and keeping his options open.
IMO
And businesses will start to change. Those that didn’t see this arrest coming are surely wondering how they are connected to Barrack and what they invested in him with.

Welp, the #CrazytownRecallElection is almost upon us here in CA folks. The air is steamy and hot with wannabe Republicans, a few Democrats and Green Party people and many No Party affliations to consider in September, 2021.

Ohhhh, I’m really sad that Marvel Entertainment and Ike Perlmutter decided that it was better to give $1m+ to Trump to destroy democracy than to support the American People.

She’s running for Shelby’s seat in Alabama.
Matt Gaetz’s fiancée was pimped out by her brother Palmer.
Then we have these lovely people. A publisher of obscure magazines, A Scientologist who once owned a Cancer drug company and the lovely Lomangino’s who sold their recycling company (MOB) and are headed to trial soon for misleading regulators.
