So, I got to the third shot of DUNE before my face was soaked with tears.

Everyone knows how long I have followed this film and how high my expectations are. I’ve *literally* had dreams about seeing DUNE.

What Villeneuve and co. have done is truly beyond my wildest imagination.

The images truly feel like out of a dream. Like they were able to reach into deepest recesses of my mind and capture it on film. But the greatest aspect is how much of what I saw truly *shocked* me.

What you all have seen/heard so far is not even a sliver of its full potential.

I have lauded the entire cast and crew from the beginning of pre-production. I’ve been championing the entire project - as a fan and as writer - and tonight felt like a level of vindication that I didn’t even know was possible. I can’t wait for you all to truly bear witness.
