I want to say something to Ndiigbo, my brothers, and sisters.
You may not have noticed (o maybe you have, you're not blind and you have sense) but but a section of our people have cultivated a reputation for being frankly a pain in the ass, and it's not a good look.
It's not.
No one wants to deal with perpetually angry people, not for business, not for leisure, and especially not for political affiliation.
Its not just become silly, it's become detrimental to our collective goal.
We are known for being perceptive, for good neighbourliness and for...
being proactive, but I must say that what's happened here the last few months is not it at all - it's always fights with tribes we should be working and forging an alliance with or worse, in-fighting amongst ourselves.
I used to think it was mainly orchestrated by IPOBians but..
not anymore. There is a group of Ndibeanyi who have made hate the message and disorderliness the standard. These are not people we want spearheading discussions on our collective goal, no.
Nothing good will come from them and the sooner we acknowledge it & stop them, the better.
We cannot in the name of defending our people use the same tactics we have condemned and still condemn. We cannot make hate and bile the message as I am increasingly seeing.
We cannot him to put down voices from among us who call for commonsense by labelling them as traitors...
sell outs and worse "fake Igbos" simply because you disagree with them on one stand. It's not only stupid to do this, it is detrimental. where is the "ako na uche" we are known for? No one is more Igbo than the next Igbo person, no matter what you think.
Are there Ndigbo who...
dont support our collective cause, yes, but I assure you they are in the minority. We MUST stop throwing well-meaning kinsmen and women of ours into that group because of mere disagreements.
Our people say "Igwe bu ike"! How can we be strong when we are divided by silly actions?
About our neighbours, and when I say neighbours, I mean People of the middle belt, the South-South and Yorubas - I dont have to explain why we should strive to maintain cordial relationships with them.
It should be plain to anyone with some sense but to paraphrase. If we want...
a politically and economically free future, we need to forge a relationship with them, not a parasitic one, not a domineering one, not a subservient one, but one of mutually shared interests.
If you think anyone from among them is shitting our tribe, call them out, but not...
to go overboard by branding their entire collective with labels, calling them names fighting them all. This will quickly turn even the sympathetic against you and win you no friends.
Again we need our neighbours much more than they need us. If you're perceptive, you'll know this
The overall goal, Ndi be anyi, far more important than one-upping anyone or winning any argument or fight won on social media is to see our homeland developed.
I see our people spend far more time on here fighting supposed enemies than they spend on any meaningful drive to...
develop Anigbo. Optics and creating personality cults now seem what people prefer to do here than actually doing the hard work that is creating the drive and raising the funds needed to put meaningful development in place - political, infrastructural, and otherwise.
Odi nu mma?
What will posterity say about your contribution to Anigbo?
That you one-upped Rotimi or Ashiwel on Twitter and put him in his place?
Really? Is that what you want?
Our forefather is, "Onye nwere uche na eji ire ya agu eze ya onu".
We need to take a step back and reevaluate...
our actions here.
This is not to say be timid or bow in subservience, no. It is to say how we engage should not come from a position of imposition on others, as much as it should not come from one of fear or cowardice.
Anya saa unu. Gbazienu taata. Ya gazie.
Signed, Ochiagha.

There is a place for hope + faith and there is a case for facing reality and dealing with issues as they present.
That Paul Adefarasin is a PAstor who should preach hope doesnt mean he cannot tell you to prepare for stark realities.
Anyone saying otherwise is just plain stupid.
Some jews in 1944 Europe saw the handwriting on the wall, changed their monies into Gold, and emigrated to the USA. Some dismissed the warnings and stayed back.
The very following year Hitler invaded and hauled millions off to the gas chamber.
So today, I am going to quickly talk about 4 or 5 countries where you can get residence visas.
Why residence visas?
For starters, they are cheaper, FAR CHEAPER than passports, and offer almost all the benefits, not not, but a large swathe of them.
Second, residencies can be...
a pathway to citizenship.
In one or two of the countries I will talk about tonight, if you renew your residencies long enough, and fulfill all requirements, according to their law, which differs from country to country, you become eligible to apply for full citizenship.
I promised to do a thread about how I started my haulage business, RONALD TRUCKING which failed miserably.
I am re-ding this thread, because as much as we talk about our successes, the failures are also important to talk about. They contain lessons as well.
Let get started.

The first business I started is the marketing consulting business, Profit Marketing Systems. I started from scratch landing a number of clients - 1960BET, the other Rev Sam Adeyemi of DayStar's Success Power International, Leaders & Company, Publishers of THISDAY, and a few more.
I was making good money, was still living in Festac. And after I had put together quite a decent sum, I decided to hedge his bets start a "safe, guaranteed" business that would "give him consistent income every month". So he looked at a couple of them and decided he'd get into...
