Exposing Jamie Spears’ smoothie shop scheme to make millions off his daughter - a #FreeBritney thread

The year is 2004. Britney’s alcoholic father Jamie Spears was being picked up from rehab by Britney and K-Fed. He had once again hit rock bottom. #FreeBritney

After a summer in rehabilitation, Britney’s father moved to California to start a new life and bought a smoothie shop called JJ Chill. Britney insisted that she didn’t buy her dad this restaurant, but she was upset that her father was cashing in on her name. #FreeBritney

Britney’s dad promised investors she would show up to promote the shop, and Britney Spears made several visits to JJ Chill, including this one where there’s a really awkward paparazzi photo of them kissing. #FreeBritney

Britney visited JJ Chill again in March 2005 when her dad’s business partner Joseph Nejman said she “wants to work here twice a week during the summer” and design her own waitressing uniform. #FreeBritney

When Britney’s first son was born, her dad named a drink after him.

“We’re calling it the Preston Smoothie and it consists of only non-fat yogurt, strawberries and mangoes,” JJ Chill’s co-owner Joseph Nejman revealed #FreeBritney

Joseph Nejman frequently lists himself as the “founder and CEO of Brandcasting Unlimited - responsible for Britney Spears’ digital business and strategy.” #FreeBritney

This company Brandcasting Unlimited LLC sells exclusive photos of Britney Spears to the media and is frequently credited in articles using photos taken by a woman named Denise Truscello. #FreeBritney

According to documents filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, Joseph Nejman helped Britney’s dad establish this “Brandcasting Unlimited” company in March 2008, one month after Britney was put under a conservatorship. #FreeBritney

Of course, Lou Taylor the alleged mastermind of Britney’s conservatorship was listed as the registered agent for Brandcasting Unlimited. #FreeBritney

In January 2009, Joseph Nejman made a huge mistake by sending an email to his fellow Harvard alumni in search of someone to help manage Britney’s social media. #FreeBritney

The job description he included for “Britney Spears 2.0 Media Manager” said they would not only be engaging and posting messages to fans, but also driving traffic to a network of “exclusive photos and videos.” #FreeBritney

This scandal would bleed into the national press, including the New York Times, as stars like Britney and 50 Cent were blamed for having “ghostwriters” sending their tweets. #FreeBritney

After this incident, Britney’s team fired her dad’s longtime business partner Joseph Nejman for “incompetence” and presumably began looking for a new social media manager, who we’ve already exposed as Cassie Petrey from CrowdSurf. #FreeBritney

And it doesn’t matter if Britney is performing at the VMAs again or saying her dad “should be in jail,” articles using pictures sold from Brandcasting Unlimited LLC are directly profiting her dad and team. It’s really disgusting. #FreeBritney

Finally, an anonymous Reddit post claims they worked for Brandcasting and says everything we believe about Britney’s social media is true. “It ALL goes through Lou Taylor, Management, Jamie Spears and more and it has since Britney was put under a conservatorship.” #FreeBritney

In conclusion, anyone who is profiting off Britney Spears while she suffers in silence needs to be held accountable and brought to justice. This should be illegal. #FreeBritney
