This is a resubmission of a clearly false claim that was not assessed by all of the refs on its merits.
This claim by B&H is important as they open with it their critique of our arguments in their podcast and use it to erroneously undermine our credibility (see attached).

Just because initially Heather uses the "seems" word does not absolve this claim from being false. And even if one might deem our wording confusing, and think that this is the reason for B&H making their mistake, the fact of the matter is that it is still a mistake, i.e. false.
