Months after giving birth, she decided to make her remarkable return to sport

🕑An average day’s training, over the last 12 months, has tended to revolve around the children’s routine:

🌞A morning session while her husband Steve Backshall occupies the kids
💤A second while the twins nap
🏋️‍♀️A third in the evening at her home gym, or on the rowing machine
