in defeating the West more resources, we're looking at 10-15 horizon. Karaganov has yet another big narrative idea. So, it is "Greater America" (US + Western, Northern Europe) vs. Big Eurasia (Russia, China + some CEU and Southern Europe nations). Says key battle is Germany.

Karaganov notes the emergence of new Russia "offensive ideology": Russia is a nation-victor, nation - promoter of traditional values, nation-liberator. Says it is time to invest more in ideological indoctrination of Russians.

Third War World War, according to Karaganov is very possible. Says, if Ukraine tries to take DNR and LNR Russia should annex it officially. Hints that Ukrainian statehood, same as "some other post-soviet states"(Belarus!?) is to bound to disappear.
