Bayern's pre-season results are interesting. Thing is, if Nagelsmann is trying to drastically change how they play, the best time to knock the kinks out of that is pre-season. You can lose every game in pre-season and it doesn't matter too much. Plus as a coach, you can easier 
address problems and solve them from defeats than victories.
For example - see Rafa talking to Robbie Keane and trying to change his positioning and movement for us. Keane's attitude was 'we just won and I scored 2 goals, what the fuck are you on about'.

Now I don't think every player is as averse to the idea that improvements can always be made. But still, everyone is a little keener to take on board feedback when things aren't working.

when we were top of the league around the half-way point. Yet others like myself were highlighting problems in October & November in how we were unable to rotate anybody in the spine of the team and at some point that would just lead to a collapse.
