Minneapolis - We're getting word of a serious crash on I94 from Dupont Ave N. A vehicle reportedly came off the city street and onto the highway on its roof. Possibly an infant seriously injured.

The child was not breathing and was transported to the hospital.

We're getting word that this is a fatal crash. We'll post more after it's official.
The infant age 12-14 mos died in this crash. Three other children and two adults were injured also. The SUV went over the concrete barrier and through the fence and landed on the roof. The driver was reportedly subjected to a blood draw. Alcohol believed to be a factor.
The two other children are ages 5 and 9. A 25-year-old female was a passenger.
The male driver, Hakeem Olajuwan Miller, is age 25 and is in custody on PC criminal vehicular homicide and warrants. Miller has prior for driving w/o valid class license.

1/ Last year we were contacted by a victim who needed help finding the suspect in their assault who had been wanted on warrant since 2016.
Two days after we made the post, the suspect, Andre Phoenix McHenry, was arrested and taken into custody.
2/ McHenry had been charged with 1st Degree Assault-Great Bodily Harm, 3rd Degree Assault-Substantial Bodily Harm and 5th Degree Assault.
McHenry was sentenced today, Friday July 30, 2021.
McHenry was offered a plea bargain.
3/ In exchange for pleading guilty to 1st Degree Assault, McHenry was given a stay-of-imposition by Ramsey County Judge Robert Awsumb, meaning the felony sentence was not imposed.
Instead, McHenry was sentenced to 1 day he'd already spent in jail and was placed on probation.
Near Lake and Cedar, police in are reported hearing shots fired.
