Half a handful of salt is perfect in my opinion. 

You can also measure madubula/jeyes fluid by the cap/lid.

Spiritual pregnancy Part 2.

"Hidden Pregnancy"

Does the tummy grow?

You notice in which stages?

The tummy can grow but not too much, mostly after having a meal then it goes back to being normal.
